Max Clean Mold Remediation provides mold remediation and building restoration services including but not limited to mold inspection, mold remediation, water damage restoration, air quality testing, emergency response, and preventive treatment in Melbourne, FL and surrounding areas.

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and on-site assessment. Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time and may be adjusted after a thorough on-site inspection.

3. Estimates & Pricing

We provide free, no-obligation inspections and estimates for most services. Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Final pricing may differ from the estimate if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the work (such as hidden mold behind walls). We will communicate any changes before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash. We work with most insurance companies and can bill your insurer directly when applicable.

5. Warranties

Our workmanship is warranted for a period specified in your service agreement. Post-remediation clearance testing is included to verify successful mold removal. Our warranty does not cover mold recurrence caused by new water intrusion events or failure to address recommended moisture issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

Max Clean Mold Remediation is licensed & bonded and fully insured. Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Emergency service calls are non-cancellable once a technician has been dispatched.
